Enjoy a year-round holiday at this lovely detached bungalow just a couple of miles from the Aberdeenshire coast. Set in its own private garden, about ½ mile from the hamlet of Cammachmore, there is plenty to do with invigorating walks from the doorstep and good cycle routes. Ideal for couples or families, there is space to spread out, with a lovely conservatory overlooking the garden as well as a large kitchen and separate living room. In the summer, the wonderful open-air, Olympic-sized heated swimming pool at nearby Stonehaven attracts many visitors, and historic Dunottar Castle is well worth a visit. Stonehaven is known for the spectacular fireball display on New Year’s Eve, where people swing the flaming fireballs through the harbour area to ward off evil spirits before throwing them in the sea. Rugged cliffs and imposing sand dunes overlook the golden beaches along the Aberdeenshire coast. Aberdeen’s city centre beach, lined with seaside cafés, restaurants and even a fairground, leads onto many untouched beaches further along the coast. Royal Deeside is home to many fine castles, including royal Balmoral Castle and several National Trust for Scotland properties
